From their website... CERALDI offers a 7-course nightly menu based on the days freshest local ingredients. We opted to offer a prix-fixe nightly menu to our customers so we could honor the moment, the day's catch and locally harvested ingredients-so our customers could taste Cape Cod.

We spent an evening capturing his dinner service as well spending a day on a foraging expedition in order to capture what defines Ceraldi. We look to highlight the uniqueness brining to light the quality of the work and the philosophy it stands behind.

My partner, Payson, and I spent weeks creating one of our most complicated pieces to date. We visited the restaurant multiple days in order to capture the boats departing and arriving with their payload, as well as working with the weather in order to highlight the best times to enjoy their true "off the boat" menu. 

From their website... Local fishermen Bob and Denny Colbert have fished out of the Sandwich Marina for over thirty years. In August 2015, the two brothers obtained an adjacent piece of land on the Cape Cod Canal and constructed a boat-to-table seafood market and restaurant, which opened in August of 2016.
